When is the entry deadline?
- 7 November: Adviser categories – open for entries
- 15 February: Adviser categories – deadline for entries – EXTENDED
- 4 March: Adviser categories – shortlist announced
- 4 March: Provider categories – Shortlist announced and open for entries
- 29 March: Provider categories – deadline for entries

How do I book a table?
I am not able to pay for my table booking by credit/debit card - what should I do?

What is the deadline for payment for table bookings?
Payment for table bookings is due immediately on completion of the booking process. You will be asked for your credit/debit card details at the end of the process.
How is the table plan decided?
Priority seating is allocated initially to VIPs and sponsors, followed by paid Platinum, Gold and Silver table package bookings in booking date order.
Can we request to be sat near to a particular company?
We will always do our best to accommodate such requests; however we can never guarantee this.
When will my tickets be sent out?
Tickets will be sent out by Monday 17 June 2019.
